Saturday Author Spotlight!

I’m up to 36 followers! I’m stoked! Thanks for the love and support, everyone! ❀ πŸ˜€ I’ had a super busy day yesterday. I had lots of chores I had to do (My apartment was a mess!), I had to go pay my rent and electric bill (BOO!), and I had to go to one of my day jobs. You know, those boring things I have to go to if I want to keep my nice apartment, internet, and a happy well fed kitty! πŸ˜€ (He eats special grain free food, my expensive little shit. I love him, so he’s worth it.)

So, full day. And I still managed to get 1785 words down in my Nanowrimo draft. And more than 5000 words down in another story. No I won’t tell you about that one! It’s a secret! πŸ˜€ lol. my total word count for yesterday was 7,428 words. πŸ˜€ I was on a freaking roll, ya’ll!

So, I’m still feeling really productive today. πŸ˜€ As soon as I’m done with this, I’m gonna head over to Songs for the Music Man and work on that some more. I’m at a New chapter for that, so that will be fun. ;D

But for now! Let’s see who our Spotlight Author is! (Don’t worry, I won’t bombard you with Alan Austin stuff. πŸ˜‰ for today anyway!) Today I have picked….

Paul Falk

He’s in my favorite group of on Goodreads. πŸ˜€ I figured I could start going through the list and sharing stuff about my Goodreads buddies. πŸ˜€ Since I share so much about my Facebook frineds, It’s only fair! πŸ˜€

Here’s Pauls Bio from Amazon!

Like most, Paul Falk began his path in literature as a reader. He owes his early prowess in large part to the fabled series: SEE SPOT RUN. From there, it was off to the races. A turning point in his writing occurred with his introduction into Goodreads. It was the catalyst that sparked the author in him.

Paul’s first publication began with an essay titled, DIRT TO DIGITAL. That’s all it took to get him rolling. Shortly after that, his first novel surfaced with the introduction of CAGED. Just months later, his sequel appeared – THE LINE. He has just published his third book which is a first in a new series of novels.

Paul received his master’s degree in Audiology from San Diego State University, after which he owned and operated a private practice in the East County of San Diego.

When Paul’s not writing, you’ll usually find him with his nose in a book. At other times, he takes pleasure in banging away at his piano or tending to his low-maintenance succulent garden.

πŸ˜€ ❀ He plays piano! πŸ˜€ ❀ That’s fun! I took lessons when I was Uber little, but I never stuck with it. πŸ˜€ I bet he’s awesome!

And now! My favorite part of this! Pretty Book cover time! They’re also links, so be sure to check ’em out! πŸ˜€

This is my favorite cover! It looks super creepy and scary, and I loved the blurb! πŸ˜€ ❀ here it is!

The greatest mass murderer in all of American history had some unfinished business to settle with Jack Toback. Next on the agenda, he’d make a pitiful example out of him for all the world to see. Ending his captive’s life, at least, for the time being, would not serve his ultimate purpose. His demise would have to be put on hold for just a bit longer.
Following his abduction at gunpoint, Jack was taken to an abandoned house and chained like a wild animal. Any cries for help would be in vain. He was presented with an ultimatum, either cooperate and do as he’d be told or die a slow painful death. Jack knew there’d be no reason for him to be kept alive any longer once that lunatic got everything he needed.

This one is on my ever growing to-read list. πŸ˜€ Along with about a million other books I’ve discovered lurking around on Facebook and Goodreads. πŸ˜€ I swearing I’m going to read ALL the books someday! Until then, maybe you all can read some of the book I share about and tell me what you thought? πŸ˜€

Hint, hint! I’d love some comments! They are love.

here’s some links to Paul’s Goodreads account, website, and Amazon page if you’d like to follow him! πŸ˜€ He’s got a WordPress account just like me! (Although I bet he keeps up with his list of books page way better than I do if he has one!)
